Bringing Teatro to Dade City, FL ...

Below is a picture of some of our original members working through an Image Theatre exercise taken from the arsenal of Augusto Boal's "Theatre of the Oppressed."

I had first heard of Margarita Romo and the "Farm-worker's Self-Help Organization" around 2011: the word on the street was they had a group of students performing folkloric Mexican dances for events. I called and set up an appointment to discuss some ideas I had with regards to a theatrical student group and the rest is history.
